The launch timeline keeps earlier alpha/devnet history, active 2026 testnet work, Mainnet-Lite, agentic integration, Router v2.0 scaling, and Mainnet-Full in one sequence.

Calendar Position¶

As of June 28, 2026, Cortensor is in the late-Q2 to early-Q3 transition from testnet phases 3-4 into mainnet preparation. The main focus is validation, PoI/PoUW, Router v1.6 / COR Prover work, and preparation for Mainnet-Lite.

Q3 2024 - Q4 2025

Foundation, alpha, devnet, and early testnet work

L2/L3 architecture design, staking dApp, community setup, closed/open alpha, miner compatibility, user-request testing, and early mainnet preparation.

Q1 2026

Testnet phases 1-2

Router v1.5 foundations, NodePool/SLA routing, validator v2/v3 stabilization, dual-testnet routing, MCP/x402 shadow mode, ERC-8004 preparation, and dashboard telemetry.

early to mid Q2 2026

Testnet phases 3-4

/validate, PoI/PoUW, validation scorecards, verifier scoring, optional evidence bundles, Router v1.6, and COR Prover work.

Mainnet preparation
